3/29/2020 revision - tried back to back with booker’s (kentucky chew). all top end sweet. the kentucky chew provided a richness & palate depth the stagg couldn’t match. lowering rating to 4. original review - batch 12 - wow. holy crap with the sweetness. 132 proof? doesn’t even feel it with all that flavor coming through. much too easy to drink & enjoy. will be interesting to try with a good meal to see how the flavor will level out
