Clan MacGregor is greenish-golden with standard alcohol legs. The aroma is of sweet grain whisky, with some underlying peat. The flavor is of bread dough, with a grain bite and a kiss of peat. No smoke. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and Clan MacGregor finishes moderately long. For a value-priced blend, it's a winner. RJT
