Definitely one of the sweetest ryes I’ve tried clocking in at 100 proof. Sips like a casual 86. Minimal heat coupled with some cereal, raisins, dark fruits and a thin coating of custard. Finishes with some oak and earthy tobacco flair. Quite pleasant all around.
