Nose: honey, vanilla, touch of oak, and quite sweet with some reminiscence of sherry and raisins. Palate: balanced and not too much sherry influence and not overly sweet either. Smooth yet with a hint of alcohol. Finish: little of spice and bitterness of the oak.
