Really nice banana bread on the nose with some hints of spice in back to kick it up a notch. A little water really opens up some of the prettier notes to enhance that banana flavor. A lot of barrel spice on it with quite a bit of burn on the finish. Hard to pick out the notes easily, but I'm not sure if that's my inexperience or the whiskey. Just a very bright whiskey, but nothing very interesting happening here
