I agree with the professional opinion. The nose had that sweet vanilla pudding flavor. The sweet banana, Nilla wafers, and all. It takes me back and I can sense that sweet goodness. OMG, it evens tastes like banana pudding. The finish has a darker almost brown sugar and oak flavor. BTW, this is the first whiskey I’ve actually tasted a finish on. After a year, I’m making progress. I can also tell there is more in that finish. I can feel it there but can’t place my finger on it. It’s familiar but I can’t place it.
