1st pour notes:
Nose gives me vanilla frosting, amaretto, dusty corn, touch of caramel, floral, wheat bread and baking spice. On the palate I get more spice, cinnamon sugar from like a cinnamon bun and Carmel. The finish is where this falls short for me I get drying oak, burnt sugar, and a heaping helping of tartness. I hope the finish mellows some after it's had time to oxygenate.
