Starting off the nose gives off hints of banana bread. The first sip brings more spice then you would expect from such a high corn mash. It almost drinks like a high rye blend. It definitely brings the heat at 107 Proof and is not a smooth drinker. Overall the flavors bring more nut bread and bran muffin to the table, but it is a bit of a rough ride due to the heavy burn.
