This is a good sip. On the nose it has a soft vanilla note. The front end is slightly sweet, not off putting (I don’t like sweet whiskeys). The middle, as another user nailed the descriptor, is like s’mores. Still, it’s complex with a slight spice on the finish. Batch 23, bottle 663
