[Re-Review 05/18/15] - After the bottle has been sitting for about 4 months, I still notice the influence of the plum wine casks. It has a kick that is mellowed with water, and still retains that fruity taste and bitter finish. Has a little bit of smoke too. I still enjoy it, and I believe this dram has enough wood and bitter spice to make this something to challenge yourself with.
