[Re - Review 11/24/15] A soft and sweet pot still from the lovely Middleton Distillery. Over time I've opened up to this as my palate has danced around the various regions of Scotland and Ireland. Less flavor than most Irish single malts, and also less sour bitterness. This grassy dram is a great approach to beginners' drinking, or just a nice iced dram after work. I personally don't keep any around.
