Neat. Aroma is unique Some agave and a lot of green things: herb leaves, grass, celery juice, limes, fruit cocktail/pears, earth, just a hint of alcohol. The more I smell it, the more I like it. Taste starts sugar sweet, quickly followed by minerals, herbs like tarragon and cilantro, vanilla, fading back to agave nectar partially countered by black pepper, saccharine bite and herb bitters. Full bodied and some oily mouthfeel
Overall very rich and sweet, smooth, lots of flavors not found in most. Seems additive heavy, if that matters. OK value. Can think of cheaper that I'd personally rather drink, but none with a flavor profile like this
