Sweet corn, caramel and citrus nose. On the palate, synthetic cinnamon (red hots) with a little smokiness, slightly bitter rye and then the synthetic cinnamon returns with the alcohol burn followed by a charred oak aftertaste (as opposed to a green woody oakiness).
