Neat. Nose is honey, vanila, anise, agave. Taste starts with rich, sweet, honeyed cedar, vanilla, roasted agave, lots of herbs, predominately anise, and cocoa. Flavors stick around a bit then turn to tart, sweet, bitter saccharine. Moderate mouthfeel. Overall sweet, herbal, and bitter.. It's a sipper more than a shooter.
