Nose is strong on very unpleasant cheap oak and peppery taste. Can't keep the nose in it too long because the alcohol notes mixed with the new oak overwelms you. The taste is smooth, plain and with a bit of sting at the mid palate. Can't make anything out of it. Again the scent overtakes any other palatable note. Very umpleasent whiskey. Definitely going in the sink.
