Great with notes of cooked agave, caramel, oak, tropical fruit, mint, chocolate, pepper, coffee, and oak. Prefer Siembra Azul Suro. I think Siembra made a big mistake moving its extra añejos from Azul to Suro considering how I prefer Azul Suro and how I’ve heard how Azul Elisa is amazing despite having not tried Azul Elisa.
