Nose- candied orange, fresh oak, vanilla toffee, dried fruits, white chocolate Palate- honey, ginger, vanilla custard, bright citrus, strawberry jam Finish- Medium, waxy finish with candied orange, vanilla custard and ginger spice Macallan 12. A classic. A bit overpriced, and there are certainly better offerings out there for the price, but this is a fantastic sipper nonetheless and I would never turn down a dram. As far as keeping a bottle goes, I would rather shell out a bit more for a classic cut.
