Nose: Honey and Apple. Leather Forward: Honeydew Melon and Floral Oils. Butterscotch hides behind Sharp Spiced Cereals. Finish: Oily Milk Chocolate and Pear Brine Could maybe use a a little extra time in the barrel. Not bad at the price point, but better Irish for a few extra tossers.
