Pleasant toffee and cherry on the nose. Syrup consistency tasting of cherry, licorice, and vanilla. Lots of corn on the finish. It's a bit too medicinal for me, and creates a longing for Irish Pot Still. Being a wheated bourbon, I enjoy how light and smooth it is. Needs a little water to help open it up and dull the syrup. If you can find it, it's cheap!
