The nose of the gin is less powerful than most. Juniper takes the fore with coriander following soon after. A floral note takes the finish, which hints at the rose petals within the botanical mix.
On the palate the gin is light when compared to most. It's balance is superb with no one botanical overpowering the others. Juniper and coriander are immediately apparent with the vegetal taste of cucumber playing in the finish. A touch of rose enters very late.
An excellent gin that veritably blossoms in the mouth if one allows it to rest on the tongue for a while. My favorite gin to date.
