Nose - peanut, butterscotch, caramel, toffee, apple, vanilla, moderate ethanol burn.
Taste - peanut, milk chocolate, heavy oak, caramel, toffee, burnt brown sugar, vanilla, finishing moderately long and slightly tannic with a chocolate toffee flavor.
Tastes like standard Beam cranked to 11. If you like Beam, you’ll really like this.

@BeppeCovfefe Exactly. And I’m a sucker for that peanuty Beam funk.
I certianly agree about your "if you like Beam" note. To me it's a bit Distillers Cut, a bit Beam Double Oak and a bit Bakers 7. It really boils down to your over all opinion of the Beam profile. Cheers!
@kdp_91 I see. I’m in Virginia, so unfortunately the store picks are few and far between. Mine is just a standard bottling as far as I can tell.
@ctbeck11I have two from Liquor Barn and was curious what store picked it. I enjoy it much more than the 95pf and it was cheaper.
@kdp_91 I assume they follow the same barrel selection process as with the previous single barrel expression. This is the new one that should be replacing the old 95 proof version.
Who selected this barrel?
