Nose - caramel, plum, raisin, black cherry, vanilla, moderate ethanol burn. Taste - caramel, sweet plum and raisin, vanilla, subtle smoke, moderate burn, finishing fairly long with cloying alcoholic flavor. Overall, this drank more like a fortified wine than a bourbon. It’s pretty good.
