Nose - brine, moderate peat smoke, iodine, pear, black pepper, bacon grease, mild plum and raisin, light ethanol burn.
Taste - moderate peat smoke, chili and black pepper, sea salt, pear, honey, vanilla, toffee, mild ethanol burn, finishing long with beautiful combination of salty, spicy, sweet flavors.
It’s delicious. The combination of these different types of flavors complement each other so well. The higher ABV for an entry expression is also appreciated.
