Pure candi sugar at first. Sherry and only mild smoke. The sweetness blunts the heat. Spicy second wave, like orange rock candy. Some oaky finished wood at the end. I have a feeling this would be a fine gateway for those into sweeter liqueur flavors and less peat. It's not quite in my Q-zone but I do enjoy it okay.
