Nose- I get hints of vanilla and spice, with a bit of oak Palate- initial taste of cinnamon, burnt coffee, and oak Finish- The coffee and oak flavors mellow beautifully to reveal a carmel, vanilla with a touch of a burn on the end. This is my go to whiskey for the last year or so, I enjoy this immensely. Everything about this whiskey appeals to me! Cheers!
