Found this on the shelf at a lodge I visited in South Africa. I’m usually a whisky drinker, but gave the Klipdrift Brandy a try. I found is surprisingly smooth, but had a bit of astringent burn. Mild smoke flavor and a nice fruityness. Overall fairly good.
