Diversification is a handy survival tool in life and these guys are doing it all. Full time sheep station, run fishing and other tours and distill up to 8 hrs a day. Not to sure when they sleep! Another great job. I think the casking for these is only 20 litres as well although they've laid down a lot of std casking.
