Nose: Sweet, Slight burn, Prunes, Toffee/Caramel, Molasses, Wood
Sip: Varnish, Peat smoke followed by sweetness, Prunes a big factor, Candy, Maraschino Cherries
Finish: Smooth finish, very little after taste besides some sweetness on the tongue

@Ctrexman I’ll be looking out for that review - very interested in the Springbank!
I reviewed HP12 here about 6months ago, great scotch. The Springbank im gonna take some time with but it seems more compex than HP
@Ctrexman Lucky guy, lowest I can find here is ~$70 but most are $90+. What’re your thoughts on it? Such an interesting flavor! I enjoyed the HP12 and am interested to see how the flavor profile changes with their older offerings (and the NAS bottles seem to all bring something different).
So Im trying out Springbank10 for first time. Im thinking hey this kinda reminds me alittle of HP12 and has that funky fruit note then it hits me . You nailed it prunes.... well not exactly but the jist of prune likeness. Lets throw some prunes in a smoker thats what we're talkin about
