Sweet maple, ethanol, oak char, sour mash and red hots. Palate is smooth at first and slightly viscous, then a sting accompanied by the same elements in the nose with a little leather early finish and a lasting sweet and spicy finish. This is a serious co tender for those who can’t get their hands on the slightly hotter Stagg Jr.
