Not a bad sipping rum, flavorful and smooth. The flavor profile was just not for me. Sort of sweet with a powerful black licorice flavor. Maybe a slight oak taste and a definite dryness. This was not my ideal palate for a rum, but it wasn’t a bad rum from an objective standpoint.
