Sweet butterscotch & vanilla bomb on the nose. Beautiful spice and cinnamon on the palate that carries over to a long, tingly finish. With that said, there isn’t too much of a burn or Kentucky hug. Finish remains primarily in the mouth and on the tongue. Surprisingly smooth considering the substantial 124.7 proof. Notes of oak on the backend. Definitely one of my favorite bourbons.
