Nose - caramel and mint jump out at you, with some sour cherry, barrel spice and baking spices Taste - vanilla, caramel, and oak spice, some red apple, and vague herbal notes that could be grass or mint Finish - starts out sweet then transitions to spice on the middle of your tongue, it lingers for quite awhile, a good amount of heat but it’s comforting
