I actually believed that the 12 yo and the white label were the same Dewars. Actually, this one is a little better. Bottled at 40%abv with an amontillado sherry color. On the nose main notes are: vanilla, peat, caramel, honey, prunes, toasted bread sticks, pepper and cola. Very sweet aroma. On the palate, tobacco, dry brown grass, hay, slight pepper, dim oakyness, with a honey finish very gentle and smooth. Overall this is a 73 over a 100. Fair whisky.
