Sweet. As in drinking pure honey sweet. It literally tastes bourbon honey, which seems to be the point, but in that you lose any smokey, oaky, bourbony flavors. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just a thing. It definitely feels like a desert drink or maybe in a cocktail, but again you’d better like it sweet. Take this and pour it in some hot lemon tea and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and you’re good to go for ails ya!
