An interesting expirimental whiskey by Jim Beam, though you have to love the taste of wood in order to appreciate it. This is definitely one of the most woody whiskeys I've ever tasted. There are also notes of caramel, honey and cinnamon, but the wood taste is definitely more dominant. I consider this a 'cult' whiskey; you either love it or hate it. For the price though, it's a great value and you get a bourbon with an interesting backstory.
