The nose is like the ash from a nice campfire in the early morning dew with a little hint of smoked pancetta and smoked meat. It makes me want to keep coming back.
It is oh so oily and leaves a beautiful coating to the glencarin. The palate is rich with the taste of peppered mackerel.
And maybe a hint of damp ash tray on the finish but in a good way.
This one is nice.
