Damn cat, last night I served up dinner was standing two paces away distracted on my phone, heard a munching noise and hey ho what do you know he's a fan of goat curry it turns out. Tonight I poured this Cognac got up and came back and he'd knocked the damn thing over. Now if had done it to the last one I wouldn't have cared but cats being cats he did it to my favorite dram of the night. Luckily the glencairn glass was bulbous enough to retain a 1/3rd of it. I was thinking after the last one maybe I'm just over Cognac after an average run but this has restored my faith. Very deep rich flavour. Although well balanced it seems higher abv than it is. Well that's it for the Wed night session..I might go strangle a cat before day 3 brings me new inconvenience in the form of him sticking his fat face in where it isn't wanted...
