Honey color. Nose has rye grass, spearmint leaves, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and hints of vanilla and brine. Full-bodied mouthfeel. Palate is a continuation of the nose with a lot of grassy rye and an explosion of baking spices, along with notes of orange zest and bittersweet chocolate, dill and oak. Finish is medium-long and minty, with less grassy rye and more rye bread, brine and lots of cinnamon and oak.
