Since Balcones has a dozen different versions of this. What I had was the Pot Distilled. At first taste it was dark fruit raisins and fig newton. Sweet brown sugar cinnamon. But left me with a slight metallic feel at the end which reminded me of spraying the back of my throat with phenol or maybe oral lidocaine.
