Very unique smell compared to what I’m used too. I’m fairly new to scotch, especially high end. Bourbon is usually my first choice but scotch is definitely growing on me. At first it smells like chloraseptic spray bit as you sniff deeper you can smell the smoky peat, very refreshing. Once you taste it, that numbing tingly feel takes effect but it also sends a warm shot through your body. Overall it’s different from anything I’ve ever tasted but I’m definitely a fan. Warning: it could be an acquired taste for some.
