GLASS: Dalmore Glencairn Copita Nosing Glass NOSE: Neat - A big nose of smoke, peat, iodine/band-aid, followed by sea air, dried herbs, and a whisper of white flowers. No fruit. This is all earthy goodness. I love this nose. PALATE: Neat - Everything I love about good bacon or smoked fish is here. Smoky, salty. sweet and oily are the predominant flavors. The finish adds cedar and leather with a hint of baking spice. This is great Scotch. CONCLUSION: Dab a little behind your ears. You'll feel like Sean Connery.
