Purchased this based on a rec from the store's employee for margaritas. I always drink my spirits neat when first opening regardless of purpose. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and flavorful this was. Especially given the price. Agave was pretty prominent on the nose. Palate detected peppery notes and some earthiness. Had some sweetness to it also. A no brainer for cocktails and an occasional sipper. It has me intrigued enough to jump to their anejo since I'm primarily a neat drinker.
