Upon the initial smell I get a strong sense of oak with a hint of cherry. With the first sip your palette is immediately overwhelmed with a multitude of flavors. Smoke and oak rise as the most prominent flavors. Bookers 2019-01 is a phenomenal bourbon, and I’ve truly enjoyed every glass.
