I’m usually not a fan higher rye bourbon but the sweetness here makes the spice enjoyable. Nose is nice with caramel, vanilla and light fruit. Pallet hits you with so many flavors that it’s hard to discern them all but it’s very enjoyable. The finish was a big surprise to me. It spicy but mellowed by the sweetness and it hangs around for a long time. Very enjoyable.
