Nose: Raisins, Apricots, Pineapple, Cherries, Date Syrup, Milk Chocolate, Green Apple, Sourdough, Toffee, Mango, Citrus, Plums, Flowers, Honey, Vanilla, Jolly Ranchers Watermelon
Palate: Plums, Toffee, Milk Chocolate, Cinnamon, Red Apple, Pepper, Ginger, Orange, Cherries, Sourdough Rye Bread, Christmas Cake
Finish: Chocolate, Dates, Raisins, Dried Fruit, Cherries, Maple, Cloves, Baking Spices, Oranges, Christmas Cake
Bimber and Sherry go very well together.

@SolanaRoots I’ve seen it for about $115-160. I’ve always refused to buy it out of sheer stubbornness. 5-6 Years ago, I bought these for $40.
@PBMichiganWolverine If I could find Yamazaki 12 for $100 it would be an instant buy. Haven’t seen it for less than $200 out here the last 2+ years
@SolanaRoots good point—-it’s a 12yr. But still...$300 is steep. An equally premium and as good Yamazaki 12 is approx 1/3 the price
@PBMichiganWolverine The main difference is Daftmill is a 12 Year old bottle. Still overly steep price though - $300 out here in SoCal.
What I don’t like about these is the pricing. It’s well over $150, for a 3 yr old. In newbie pricing—Not as bad as Daftmill, but not as good as Cotswold.
