Deep amber color. Tons of caramel and vanilla on the nose, with dark cherries, a subtle hint of orange peel, pipe tobacco and ethanol. Thick, oily mouthfeel. Palate is dark and rich with caramelized brown sugar, charred cinnamon stick, heavy toasted oak, and hints of leather and butter toffee. Finish is long, hot and dry, dominated by the toasted oak with subtle notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla bean.
