I rate this scotch so highly because in my opinion there is no better option for a 21-year on the Canadian market. From the box, to the bottle, to the actual tasting of this, I love it.
Picked up at the local Costco for $139 CAD this sits on my top shelf in the box. And at that price I don't have to hoarde it until the queen visits, I am happy to share it.
The sweet malted barley is the star of the show, coupled with honey this is a dram anyone can drink not just the aficionados. It is that smooth.
Update: More recently this scotch has disappeared from costcos shelves and I fear the label may have been telling the truth that it is a "limited release". I will have to stop being so generous with this spectacular scotch.

@mcwilly thanks so much. I’ve used Zyn.ca a few times now but great to know there are some other outlets that are useful.
@hairyugly I picked mine up at Costco originally. They don't sell it there anymore. the main 4 stores I use are sierraspringsliquor.ca craftcellars.ca willowpark.net and zyn.ca they are all currently sold out though, so you may have to wait until next year. their regular prices are around $160 to $180, but I still see it regularly on sale for around $130 - $140.
Do you mind sharing what province you purchased this in for $139? In BC at the provincial stores it is $320, Alberta you can find it for about $160.
