Pleasant nose, sweet and floral, and first sign of a high proof. Dark Chocolate, caramel, vanilla, oak on the palette. Rye spice on the finish, mixed with an alcohol burn. Strong alcohol hit. Tasty dram, by all means, similar in taste to Wild Turkey 81, albeit, not as approachable.
