Fairly sweet on the nose, with notes of cherry and dark chocolate. The palate is of butterscotch, creme brûlée and milk chocolate that eases into a crisp apple finish. The finish is short and the crisp apple flavor gives way to a smoothness that reminds me of pie crust.
