A solid embodiment of what bourbon is. Nothing too special, but overall well balanced Nose: vanilla frosting, charred oak, baking spices, a bit of anis. Palate: wood tannins, baking spices, creamy vanilla frosting. Finish: lingering baking spices and a bit of the tannins mixed with the charred oak vanilla.
